The NHDES Lake Information Mapper presents an interactive map of information available about New Hampshire's lakes and ponds. Navigate to the lake or pond of interest and click on the polygon. A pop-up will appear that provides hyperlinks to the reports that NHDES has associated with that waterbody, such as Volunteer Lake Assessment Program (VLAP) reports, lake trophic surveys, and watershed-based plans, as well as general information about known invasive species, cyanobacteria bloom history, and ice-out records. Non-NHDES reports are linked as well, such as Lakes Lay Monitoring Program (LLMP) reports and boating restrictions. The goal of the Lake Information Mapper is to provide a comprehensive overview of the information available about individual lakes and ponds in New Hampshire. |
