Service Description: This dataset represents all digitized NHDES Wetlands Permit Applications and Notifications, grouped by 5 year increments, which have been applied for and reviewed by the NHDES Wetlands Bureau under RSA 482-A and NH Administrative Rules Chapter Env-Wt 100 - 900. Projects that have received approval through the Wetlands Permitting Process must still meet all other applicable local, state and federal regulations. Additional information related to any point feature may be found at https://www4.des.state.nh.us/lrmonestop/.
